Constantina (Tina) Pappas, M.Ed., BCBA

Constantina (Tina) Pappas, M.Ed., BCBA

Advisory Board Chair

Tina is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience in applied behavioral analysis (ABA), specializing in improving the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays. She holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a master’s in education from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. As a former Regional Clinical Director in Southern California, Tina has led interdisciplinary teams and trained professionals in evidence-based practices. She has presented at national conferences including NACCTEP, NODCC, 8th International Mental Health Conference/2nd Pan African Congress on Autism, Autism and Artificial Intelligence Conference, Muscat Oman. She taught within the education department at the College of Southern Nevada for 24 years.

Tina’s passion for helping neurodivergent children thrive brought her to Cairo, where she designed and established Early Intervention Center (EIC) located on the campus of Cairo American College (CAC). Tina has a passion for innovation and partnering with people with the same desire to expand access to high quality services. She believes that knowledge should be shared to ensure children regardless of where they live globally have what they need to have a fulfilling life.

Kara Lee, M.A., BCBA

Kara Lee, M.A., BCBA

Advisory Board Member

Kara began her career in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) at a center-based early intervention program for children with Autism in New York. There, she learned to utilize behavioral strategies and teaching techniques to improve pivotal skills in learners and to target a reduction in maladaptive behavior. Subsequently, Kara moved to Southern California where she earned a Master’s in Neuropsychology at San Diego State University and shortly thereafter she became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Over the years, Kara has worked in a wide variety of settings with individuals with developmental disabilities and across a wide age range from infants to adulthood. She has taught graduate level courses in ABA and has mentored others in pursuit of their board certification. She currently serves as a director in San Diego, California, ensuring her team has the support needed to provide a high standard of care. Kara is genuinely passionate about helping others to achieve their greatest potential.

Amy is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) driven by a passion for transforming lives through education and empowerment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development from San Diego State University and a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Southern California. Amy’s journey began in early childhood education as a preschool teacher, where she discovered the profound impact of nurturing young minds.

Today, she dedicates her career to mentoring the next generation of behavior analysts and leading staff trainings rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Amy’s greatest inspiration comes from partnering with families by equipping them with tools, knowledge, and confidence to create meaningful, lasting change in their daily lives. Her work is guided by the belief that every family deserves the opportunity to thrive.
